National Debt (D1)

National debt (D1) is calculated according to the National Finance Act and the 1986 GFSM (cash basis) and includes national bonds, borrowings, and the act of paying off national debts. D1 is used to establish national debt management goals, and national debt management plans and reports are compiled based on the cash basis.
